• Are there any restrictions to where you deliver?
No, however, the most common areas are Glasgow, Paisley and West Lothian.
• How long are the hires?
Our standard hire classed as a half day which is 4 hours. In the instance that you require under 4 hours, half day cost is still applicable. Hires over 4 hours are billed as a full day.
• Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your booking a deposit of 15% is payable.
• How is my balance paid?
You can pay the full balance upon booking if you desire, otherwise you will be required to pay after setup.
• What is the best way to arrange my booking?
We have various ways, you can call or text 07415 064969 or use our online booking tool.
• What information do I need to provide when placing a booking?
lease provide the address of the venue, your full name and contact details (phone number and email address are preferred). We also need to know the type of surface the inflatable(s) will be on and what time we can gain access. Our online booking tool will ask you the questions and you just need to populate the answers.
• Is there a desired notice period?
Please provide as much notice as possible; however, we prefer 24-hour notice. We will always try to accommodate, therefore please don’t hesitate to contact us.
• What if I need to cancel my booking?
Please understand that our business has invested time when you make a booking, therefore your deposit will be retained, however on most occasions we will allow you to reschedule.
• Is it possible to extend my hire on the day?
If you can give us 2 hours’ notice from end time in order to extend the hire this is fine. Please understand that asking to do this once we arrive to collect the equipment this wastes time and fuel to travel to you. If you ask to extend when we arrive to collect, we may have to apply an additional fee (i.e. man hours and fuel cost).
• What if my venue isn’t suitable for the inflatables?
There are various methods to check if the venue is suitable. Please contact us with details of the measurements (square footage) of the venue or a picture of the venue in order that we can review. Where multiple inflatables are of interest to you, there are occasions that we may need to conduct a site visit.
• Is there a cut off time for hires?
We prefer for our last pick up to be 6 pm, however you can use an overnight hire for additional £30 if your event is indoors. For outdoor events, we cannot do overnight hires as the equipment can be weather damaged or a security risk.
• How will I know if we are using the equipment safely?
You must supervise at all times or use or manned service. It is important to be responsible when using any equipment. There are restrictions on height etc. which we detail for each inflatable once we set up.
• Can I have my event supervised?
We can provide manned service at £15 per hour to supervise your event.
